According to the British Companies Act, if a company propose to apply for cancellation registration, it must, within three months prior to the relevant application, fulfills any one of the following conditions:-
(A) has not change of company name;
(B) ceased to have any commercial operation.
If there is no objections raised during the three months, at which the Companies Registries publish in newspaper with a statement states that it propose to cancel the registration of the company, the Companies Registry will notify the applicant the application is successful.
