Foreign-invested enterprises incorporated in China are required to participate in industrial and commercial inspection, foreign exchange inspection, financial inspection, in accordance with the requirements of higher level authorities. The annual report covers the legal existence of foreign companies, its business activities carry on and the fees charged by the accounting firm, and its cost of revenue and expenditure and other relevant circumstances.
